a) Preparation of Project Cost Budgets, working from best available information we will prepare a non technical and itemised schedule of work. The schedule is then priced analytically to produce a project cost as if from a tendering Building Contractor.
Clients and Building Contractors have then used this document as the pricing basis of a negotiated contract. We often have to work from planning drawings adding suitable values for structural work and other unknowns. Should building regulation drawings be available the provisional element will be reduced.
