a) Estimating:- All estimates and tenders are priced analytically and presented as an Excel spreadsheet, showing labour hours, materials and subcontractor prices as well as any P.S. or P.C. sums. (see Examples)

The spreadsheet labour rates and on cost can be altered easily. Spreadsheets are sent by E-mail normally and adjudicated over the telephone. Where no schedule of work exists we will write one. Clients normally find that our charges are equivalent to the cost of a senior Estimator on a job by job basis.
