Holpen Associates is a unified support group, providing services to both Contractors and Employers in the Building and Construction Industry, as well as to home owners.

The Core of the Associates is an ex Contractor’s M.D. with estimating expertise, a Delay and Claims Expert and a chartered Quantity Surveyor with employer side experience and associated skills.

Other expert skills such as Lawyers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Service Engineers etc, can be incorporated into the Association as and when required.

Holpen has been in existence for eight years and works regularly with Builders and Construction Industry clients as well as small builders, Employers and Individuals.

The majority of our work involves the pricing of building works. Either in the form of tenders for Building and Construction Companies or detailed, non technical schedules of work with items individually priced for Architects, Project Managers or Individuals.

We cover London and the South East and because all Associates work from home our charges are very much less than a normal practice of Equivalent and Experienced Professionals.
